My standard fee is $145 for a 50-minute in-person or telehealth session if paid through cash. I accept Venmo, Paypal or credit card for an additional fee to cover processing costs, for a total of $150 per session. Fee is due at the time of session.
Insurance
I will bill your insurance for our sessions and you may be responsible for a copay per session payable to me via Venmo, Paypal, credit card or cash. I accept the following insurance carriers. Please check your individual plan for coverage:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Kaiser
- United Healthcare
- Oscar Health
- Oxford
- Quest Behavioral Health
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (virtual sessions only)
- Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey (virtual sessions only)
- Medicare part B if you don’t have an Advantage Plan and if you don’t have Medicaid as co-insurance. If you have Medicaid as either primary or secondary we will not be able to work together.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, please do so with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge of $75 for the missed session. In order to streamline the process of collecting fees, I will keep your credit card information on file to bill any late cancellation fees.
